Professional standards

When dealing with sensitive personal material with an individual or group I follow the ethical guidelines set out by the BACP (see here) with particular emphasis on respect, confidentiality, professional boundaries and personal privacy.

Pricing

All prices on this website are shown in £ Sterling, inclusive of VAT. All prices shown, and charged, on my web site are subject to change without notice.

Payment

All payments are made via my online Wren Publications bookshop portal. Various methods of payment are available. Please check this page for the latest information about methods of making a payment.

Cancellations

In the event that you wish to cancel an appointment, talk, or workshop with me, there are two possible outcomes:

If more than 24 hours notice is given of the cancellation:

1. Total repayment of the amount by the same method by which it was made originally by you.

OR

2. The entire payment held in your account until another arrangement can be made.

If less than 24 hour notice is given of the cancellation:

1. Repayment with 10% cancellation fee deducted.

OR

2 Payment with 10% cancellation fee deducted, held in your account until another arrangement can be made.
