My main work for many years has been the publication of non-fiction books on various topics related to improved mental and physical well-being.

I am always interested in opportunities to write articles about my favourite topics:

The psychology of eating

Obesity

Eating disorders

The psychological effect on the surviving twin of the death of a co-twin before birth

The spiritual journey

The pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela

Community radio

I also love to write fiction, although I have not had much chance for that in the last few years. I have a novel planned, based on the life and death of St Alban. It is almost ready to begin writing. It has taken a lot of thought and research but we are almost there!
